Gina joined Vibrant Pittsburgh with over 15 years of professional experience in executive management, entrepreneurship, business development and consulting for nonprofit, corporate and community growth. As a strong advocate for tech equity, inclusion and entrepreneurship, she was named the first ever Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Pittsburgh Technology Council and served in a dual capacity as Director of Member Engagement. In collaboration with the State of Pennsylvania, she works as a coordinator for the Keystone Innovation Zone, a state tax credit program for local startups. Gina believes the world should be better connected to all of the resources Pittsburgh has to offer. Gina currently volunteers her time as a founding member of the Emerging Leaders Board for the Western PA Conservancy and the 412 Black Jewish Collaboration. She recently joined Women in Tech PGH as Vice-President and Carlow University’s Advisory Council for the College of Learning and Innovation. A native of the Pittsburgh region (McKeesport), she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a recent graduate of the EDGE Women’s Leadership program.
