Paloma DeNardis (she/her/hers) serves as the Head of Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) of DICK’S Sporting Goods and proudly calls Pittsburgh home. At DICK’S, she leads the overall strategy and execution of the company’s I&D initiatives, working across the organization to engage over 50,000 corporate, distribution, and store teammates. Her background is in talent acquisition, which is where her passion for people and advocacy as a career began. It was as a young recruiter that she realized the power that diversity has to make teams, organizations, and communities better. Paloma earned a BS in Business Administration and International Business from the University of Rhode Island. In her personal life, she is mother to Leo and Enzo – 4 year old twins – who are the ultimate motivators to model anti-racism and make the community they grow within equitable for all.
